During my visit to the English Club, I was greeted by joyful voices. Since 2017, Ecuadorian children and volunteer teachers gather every Saturday to practice English. They’re keenly aware that fluency in a second language opens doors to better opportunities. The Jordan Family Foundation also supports students by providing musical instruments, music lessons, and math tutoring to advance students’ artistic and creative skills. Inspired, I asked, ‘How can I help?

What a gift to the youth of Cuenca. Students in the English Club rapidly master English with the help of volunteers and online classes. Many students are also provided musical instruments and lessons further boosting their self confidence. I enjoyed meeting the eager students.

These two valuable programs, the English Club and Music Program give disadvantaged youth in Cuenca, EC the boost they need. The progress of the students under the guidance of professional teachers and volunteer tutors is truly remarkable. I am proud to be associated with this charity. I cannot stress how many lives have already been changed. Incredible!
